THINKING BEYOND TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOODS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Our philosophy of driving strong demand and ripple-effect growth in previously overlooked urban neighborhoods began with the now-legendary NYC neighborhoods of Battery Park and the Upper West Side. Decades later, stunning high-rise residential views, combined with vibrant new mixed-use fitness, entertainment, office, and historic landmark renovation continue to define our developments across America’s gateway cities. We were also the first developer to elevate the luxury branded residential experience to world-class levels through pioneering partnerships with Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. This level of thinking beyond has been creating new destination neighborhoods that are as sustainable as they are desirable for over 30 years.

THINKING BEYOND THE DEFINITION OF LUXURY AMENITIES

Today, we’ve moved beyond hospitality partnerships and created our own five-star Millennium branded properties. With each new project, our unprecedented Owners’ Clubs, FLX fitness centers, exclusive social network La Vie®, onsite pet spa Club VIP (Very Important Pets), and transformative partnerships with trailblazing chefs Michael Mina and John Fraser have created record-breaking demand.

THINKING BEYOND THE 21ST CENTURY LUXURY RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Millennium Partners has developed more than 3,200 luxury condominiums, eight five-star hotels, two extended-stay luxury hotels, 2,000,000 square feet of office space, 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, 4,150 parking spaces, five Loews Cineplex theaters and five magnificent health clubs. Today, Millennium Partners owns and operates a portfolio worth more than $5 billion.

Government, Nonprofit and Cultural Partnerships

Millennium Partners is committed to making a difference in the communities where we locate. Our work with local governments, and partnerships with nonprofit and cultural endeavors are at the heart of how we do business.
